Vera Assistant is a personal-use application run by the owner of ellishomelab7827.com for his own household. It is not offered to the public. The only Google account that signs in to it is the assistant's own account.
When the account holder grants access, the application uses Google APIs to read, draft and send Gmail messages and to read, create and update Google Calendar events. It only requests the access it needs for those tasks.
Data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the owner: summaries and daily briefings, drafting messages, and sending email or calendar invitations that the owner has approved. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties, and not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Processing takes place on the owner's own equipment at home. Sign-in tokens and any copies of data are kept on that equipment, which is protected by firewalls and access controls, and in the owner's private backups.
Vera Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's security settings, under third-party connections. Stored data can be deleted on request.
